Measuring Success in a Health Coach Program

Creating a successful Health Coach Program requires ongoing commitment and evaluation to ensure it meets the needs of the client, supports them in achieving their goals and establishing a strong health culture within the organization.

It’s important to establish evaluation criteria and collect data consistently throughout a program. Med-I-Well combines quantitative and qualitative measures to gain a comprehensive understand of the program’s success and identify areas for improvement or advancement.

Our programs are always custom made – not only according to the organization’s needs but based on the individual client as well.

We achieve results with our model of care, which includes three components: personalization, integration and innovation.

Med-I-Well designs all of its Health Coach Programs to be holistic in nature by providing primary prevention and secondary prevention strategies to enhance the mental, physical, occupational and social wellbeing of its clients. We do this by personalizing the program to meet the unique needs of the workforce while integrating health within the organization's culture, all the while remaining innovative in our approach.

The whole process begins with a needs assessment to identify the workforce’s health needs, which drives the content of the program. Equally important to the creation of a Health Coaching Program is tracking data – both qualitative and quantitative – and measuring the level of engagement and satisfaction among program participants to understand the perception of the quality of the initiatives,  educational materials and coach interaction.

Genuine and honest feedback from clients is essential to measuring success - and that can only be obtained by establishing rapport and trust.
